Dr. Aaron Yao is a healthcare scientist and educator. His family is a proud raiser of guide dog puppies. He was born and raised by illiterate parents with great minds and hearts. Dr. Yao leads multidisciplinary research, analytics, and innovation teams to advance patient-centered care. He has over 100 peer-reviewed publications and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in healthcare management, health policy, healthcare analytics, and research methods at Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Virginia, University of Richmond, and Shandong University.
