Prabu holds degrees in nursing (MSN from Marymount University and BSN from George Mason University), law (JD from Mitchell Hamline College of Law, and business (MBA from Concordia University and BBA (finance) from Wisconsin Lutheran College). He has held positions in nursing and law as well as serving as a college faculty member. He is currently Manager, Risk & Safety at Adventist Healthcare. His research interests include patient safety and value-based purchasing.
