Gillian Kurtic graduated from Clarkson University with a dual degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management with a minor in Medicine and Healthcare. She then pursued her MBA with a Global Supply Chain Certification. Gillian has prior research experience in a variety of disciplines such as leadership, health misinformation, social media, and polarization. Her current interests are in healthcare operations and patient experience (both access and delivery).
