Susan Dubuque is a principal and co-founder of NDP, a marketing firm based in Richmond, VA, that specializes in healthcare and behavior change. Previously, she served as director of marketing and PR for Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport, News, VA, and CEO for the Puller Rehabilitation Center, Gloucester, VA.

Susan published more than 300 articles on healthcare marketing, and literally wrote the book on population health for marketers—Gearing Up for Population Health: Marketing for Change—published by the American Hospital Association (SHSMD).

She has a master’s degree in Counseling from Lehigh University and a BA in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University.

Susan serves on the board of RVA Smart Beginnings. She is an avid runner and an advocate for living organ donations.
