Jacobelle has accumulated several years of experience in the health services and administration field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Project Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. She was a project leader for Madonna Health Services in Ghana, where she was in charge of leading the electronic health records project at the hospital. Her professional and academic interests lie in expanding her knowledge and conducting in-depth research in the areas of health promotion, health supply chain management, healthcare innovations, and patient outcomes. In 2021, she presented her findings at the 3rd National Patient Safety and Quality Conference (Accra, Ghana) on the impact of project management principles on humanitarian logistics focusing on the AstraZeneca vaccination in Ghana post-COVID. Before embarking on this academic journey, she served as a health and safety officer for Amazon Grosskneten in Germany.
