Andrew Placona

PhD HSOR Student

Andrew Placona is a part time PhD student and Data Science Manager at the United Network for Organ Sharing. Andrew received his Masters Degree in public policy from Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University. In addition to his data analytics work, Andrew’s research focuses on analytics (i.e. performance, outcomes, decision-making) within complex, heterogeneous inter-organizational networks
